”If you have never tasted vin orange, this is the perfect opportunity. This talented winemaker has indeed left his Chenin blanc- biodynamically cultivated- to macerate for eight months on its skins in four-hectolitre Italian amphorae. Next the wine was aged for 12 months in barrels before being bottled without sulphite or filtration. When tasting, it surprises us with its intense colour, its intense aromas of citrus bark and its creamy, round texture, slightly tannic. One thing is certain : this wine will work wonders at the table, with white meat for example.”
