"This wine is one of Domaine des Vignes du Maynes' most coveted cuvées, as one of the historic figures of the Mâconnais region. This cuvée is made from Gamay à petit grain, and the vines are planted in clay-chalk soil.
After a manual harvest with two sorting stages, fermentation is instigated by indigenous yeasts. Maturation lasts 11 months with no stirring, and the wine is bottled with no added sulphur. In the glass, this is a wine with a delicate flavour you are unlikely to forget. Purity takes centre stage!"
