Grape(s) : Pinot Noir
Description :
"A deft but not invisible touch of wood frames the slightly grapey, earthy, dark currant and plum-inflected aromas. There is excellent density and volume to the tautly muscular broad-shouldered flavors that coat the palate on the sappy, balanced and impressively long finish. Note that while this could be approached young I would recommend holding it for at least a few years. I say this because the complexity is only average at present but this is a wine that consistently develops much better depth with time in bottle." -AM'90-93 Burghound
